Business Admin Apprentice (Busy Beacons)

36 hours per week, 44.8 weeks per year Provide administrative support to the Busy Beacons Nursery To demonstrate a high level of professionalism when carrying out your work Contribute to the successful achievement of team plans by undertaking administration work efficiently and reporting on progress until complete To understand the nature of the role and maintain confidentiality Assist with printing, scanning and filing of all types of documents Liaising with relevant staff across the Trust Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail Contribute to the successful achievement of team plans by undertaking administration work efficiently and reporting on progress until complete Resolving queries from parents and staff promptly and professionally Creating a welcoming environment for parents, children, and visitors. Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies.

The post holder may be required to carry out such other duties as requested by management that are broadly within the level of the post.



Training:

This apprenticeship is delivered as a day release at our campus in Stratford. You will be required to attend college every week. 

Level 3 Business Administrator Standard Behaviour, Skills and Knowledge

Training Outcome:

There is an opportunity to secure a permanent position after successfully completing the apprenticeship.
