Degree Apprentice - Software Engineering

Work with a product owner to understand and influence requirements. Take part in collaborative planning and estimating of product features. Design and document your software artefacts using industry leading tools and processes. Create effective and secure software solutions using contemporary software development languages. Perform code reviews, debugging and refactoring to improve code quality and efficiency. Demonstrate new functionality. Learn to use automated testing tools to ensure quality standards are met.

Training:
Part of being an apprentice at Yunex Traffic means you get to work on real life projects whilst also being supported on a guided learning journey This will be a 4 -year apprenticeship where you will be put onto the Digital and Technology Solutions standard with a pathway into Software Engineering  You will attend Solent University on a 1 day a week basis

Permanent employment after apprenticeship as a software engineer

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. Hybrid working role where you may be able to work from home for 2 days a week.
