Estate Apprentice
Working on the Estates team, you will have no two days the same!
Covering all aspects of showground life, from hedge trimming and grass cutting to garden and plant maintenance, from mucking out stables to assisting with the build-up and break down of our shows throughout the year.
Being a positive, team player you will work throughout the year and through all types of weather to maintain the showground to the highest standards. With over 90 acres to manage, 3 permanent feature gardens and over 70 events throughout the year, life at the showground is fun, but fast paced.
Training:
Upon completion of all elements of your Apprenticeship you will be awarded a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Horticulture (Horticulture/Landscape operative).
In addition, you will achieve:
Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work The Safe Use of Pesticides (PA1) Safe Use of Abrasive Wheels (Landscape option)English and maths:
Apprentices without level 2 English and maths must achieve level 1 and take the test for level 2 before taking the end-point assessmentTraining Outcome:

Established in 1797, the Three Counties Agricultural Society owns a 350 acres estate in Malvern. The showground normally has around two million visitors to a variety of events.
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm (Including 30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
