What You’ll Do 

Lead the day-to-day running of the studio, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer journey  Drive membership growth and retention through engaging local marketing and community-building initiatives  Motivate and manage a passionate team of trainers and front-of-house staff  Monitor financial performance, staffing, scheduling, and service standards  Act as the face of the brand, delivering energy, enthusiasm and results 

About You 

2+ years’ experience in management – open to backgrounds   A natural leader who thrives on motivating others and creating a strong team culture  Commercially minded, with a focus on hitting KPIs and driving revenue  A passion for fitness, wellness, and delivering an exceptional client experience  Confident, approachable, and always ready to lead from the front
