Hotel General Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hotel General Manager with 2 years' experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment to join an award winning 4-star hotel. This role offers excellent benefits plus live-in accommodation for 3-6 months and salary range of £35,000 - £40,000. As a Hotel General Manager, you will be overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. You will be responsible for: ? Managing and controlling expenditure to meet financial targets. ? Analysing sales figures and implementing marketing and revenue strategies. ? Recruiting, training, and managing team members to maintain high standards. ? Creating and monitoring work schedules for individuals and teams. ? Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards. What we are looking for: ? Previously worked as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager, Hotel Manager or in a similar role. ? At least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment. ? Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. ? Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. ? A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. ? Excellent organisational and communication skills.
