Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in London & M25. CBW are currently looking for an Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover in the region of circa 10-15 commercial buildings located in West & Central London. The successful candidates will be electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. 

This is Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical & mechanical maintenance across High End residential estates and commercial offices. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £43,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.

The ideal candidate will live in West Side of London due to the location of the sites. 

Key duties & Responsibilities
Weekly Fire Alarm Tests and logWeekly AOV test and LogL8 water hygiene monitoringFan Coil Unit servicingHIU/CIU servicing (Training will be given)AHU servicingMVHR servicingWeekly/Monthly Generator test and logWeekly CHP Checks and logMonthly Car Park smoke ventilation test and logMonthly/Annual Emergency Lighting test and logSupervision of Sub ContractorsAssist with preparation of Quotations for remedial works.Be available for duty call out cover, on a Rota basis (currently 1 in 8)Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 
Hours: 08:00am to 17:00pm

Requirements
