Mobile Pipefitter - North East of England - Regional HVAC Contractor: Commercial & Industrial 

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for experienced Pipefitters - responsible for installing, assembling, and maintaining piping systems for various commercial projects, including schools, hospitals, office buildings, and retail spaces. You will work closely with a team of engineers, welders, and other skilled tradespeople to ensure that all installations meet safety and quality standards.

This is a mobile role, covering Tyne & Wear, County Durham & Teesside areas. 

Package:
Competitive salary between £40,000 - £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Van & fuel card supplied

Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

Participation in an ‘out of hours’ on call rota (to be confirmed)

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Training, development & progression opportunitiesResponsibilities:
Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems in commercial buildings

Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to plan layout and installation

Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required angles using appropriate tools and machines

Test piping systems for leaks and durability

Collaborate with other trades to ensure timely and efficient project completion

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Troubleshoot and repair any issues related to pipe systemsQualifications:
NVQ Level 3 in Pipefitting or equivalent qualification (preferred)

Proven experience as a Pipefitter, preferably in the commercial sector

CSCS card (preferred)
