Apprentice Recruitment Consultant
Your duties will include:
Utilise various channels to identify and attract potential candidates Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs Collaborate with clients to define job requirements and specifications Provide regular updates and feedback to clients throughout the recruitment process Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements Utilise social media and other platforms to market job opportunities and attract candidates Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients Prepare candidates for interviews and provide feedback afterwards Assist in the preparation of contracts, offers, and other necessary documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's databaseTraining Outcome:
