- Helping in preparation of all dishes
• Kitchen tasks, peeling, storing, cleaning, preparing
• Learning how to present dishes
• Helping in preparation of desserts and pastries
• Making, stocks, soups and sauces
• Fridge management
• Receiving and storing provisions
• All cleaning tasks
Training:
College day release is at Heart of Worcestershire College in Worcester. Working towards Level 2 Commis Chef apprenticeship standard (including Functional Skills if necessary).
Training Outcome:
On completion of the apprenticeship the successful candidates will have opportunity to further progress their career within the company.

Located in the picturesque village of Ombersley just off the A449, 10 minutes from Junction 6 of the M5. The Lenchford serves food Tuesday to Saturday lunch and dinner and a fabulous traditional roasts till 4pm on Sundays.
Working Hours :
Around serving times of Tuesday to Saturday 12:00 - 14:30 and 17:30 - 20:30 and Sunday 12:00 - 16:00
