Early Years Apprentice Level 3

To deliver a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 1-5 years To ensure that the nursery is a safe environment for children, staff and others To develop partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child’s development To be responsible for any tasks delegated by the Deputy Nursery Manager/Nursery Manager To complete all academic aspects of the apprenticeship

Training:
Apprentices will be working towards a Level 3 qualification in Childcare Training will include paediatric first aid qualification  Functional Skills if required This is 16-18-month course comprising of hands-on experience at the nursery and online lessons every 2 weeks for 2-3 hours

Training Outcome:
Our level 3 apprentices will be considered for room leads or equivalent positions based on performance

We are a family run nursery who provides a high standard of loving care for children aged 10 months to 5 years. Within our nursery we create a fun, relaxed atmosphere with stimulating activities and surroundings to give children the best possible foundation in life. We are situated in Wandsworth in an ideal position for local parents or only a few minute’s walk to the British Rail main line station for parents working in London. We are open 52 weeks a year from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Closing all bank holidays and up to five working days at Christmas

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 10.00am - 6.00pm, Once a month mandatory staff meeting attendance in the evenings.
