Lettings / Sales Administrator Apprentice
The successful candidate will be computer literate and have a bubbly/friendly personality willing to;
Deal with enquiries both on the phone and face-to-face. Learn/ cover all aspects of administration. Supporting the teams when required. Liaising with clients if necessary. Post, filing and scanning. Responding to emails. Arranging window displays.The overall role will be of a hybrid nature on both administration and sales. – making it variable, interesting and rewarding.
We are a busy office with a varying clientele making this position one to bring experience, knowledge of the industry and oodles of job satisfaction!
All training will be given in order to complete the above duties to the best of your ability. Enfields and Boom Training will guide you through your apprenticeship studies
Training:
Level 3 Business Administrator Standard, which includes:
Modules covering Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours in Business You'll have a personal tutor to guide you through your training You will attend 1:1 sessions with your tutor every 2/3 weeks End Point Assessment (online) Occasional group classes with other learners Functional Skills Level 2 in maths & English if required Business Administrator Certificate from IFATE and City & GuildsMore information here: https://boomtrainingltd.co.uk/courses/apprenticeships
Training Outcome:
If the apprentice proves to be successful with his/her duties, the role may be expanded once the apprenticeship is completed.

Working Hours :
The office opening hours are: 8.30 – 6pm – Monday – Thursday 8.30 – 5pm – Friday 9 – 3pm – Saturday 45 minutes for lunch 30/40 hours per week – to be agreed, can be flexible within office opening hours.
