Apprentice Property Maintenance

They will be appointed to a supervisor who will train them, and then they will be expected to complete work without constant supervision.

Staff uniforms and all PPE will be provided.

Tasks to include:

Support the planning, preparation and delivery of property maintenance Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance Use carpentry and joinery skills Carry out minor plastering repairs Carry out remedial painting and decorating works to a range of surfaces Understand health and safety legislation, policies and procedures

Training:
Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative Level 2 Functional skills in English and maths (if required) Work based learning, one to one training with skill coach during the half-term holiday

Training Outcome:
Permanent employment and higher-level apprenticeships

Frost Construction is a building company focused on delivering high quality work to residential clients in and around the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire areas. We have an in house team covering all trades and are growing rapidly. e currently have a L3 Carpentry Apprentice.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday: 8am to 4.30pm. (Two 15 min unpaid breaks and one 30 min unpaid break).
