Early Years Practitioner Apprentice

Supporting the children in their day to day routines Planning and providing the children with learning and play activities to extend their development, you may have some ideas for activities too which is great. Observing the children and contributing towards observations and learning journeys supported by the staff in the setting Supporting the children in the outdoor play area, ensuring learning is brought outside with all activities even when it it maybe cold and wet outdoors. Helping and supporting the children at mealtimes throughout the day, lots of cleaning throughout the day Keeping the children safe at all times following the policies and procedures of the setting Any other duties required by the manager and other staff members to support. Having lots of fun!

Training:
Level 2 Early Years Apprenticeship Standard. The training will be delivered through remote delivery into the workplace. 

Training Outcome:

Possible full time permanent position for the right person
Progression to advanced level of study
Further development of skills through additional training

Heatherfield Day Nursery is located in Huddersfield and supports child aged 0-5. The nursery is reliable, creative, secure and enjoyable.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday. Shifts will be discussed at interview.
