Yield and Planning Apprenticeship
End-to-End Process Learning: Gain hands-on experience and a deep understanding of each stage of the production process, so you can support on Yield reporting and planning of the operations
Processing documentation incoming and outgoing
Extracting of data from systems and prepare and present findings and analysis in reports and in person
Use of bespoke systems and other internal systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Regular reporting including fulfilling KPI’s
Work with functional colleagues to ensure the effective operation of the department through great operational planning
Presentation and Reporting: Extracting of data from systems and prepare and present findings and analysis in reports and in person
Operational Involvement: Learning each work area and role and the processes involved producing our products, so you can understand in detail, the Yield requirements of each role to support the effective tracking and reporting.
Data Management: Handle data entry, analysis, and reporting to help inform decision-making processes
Project Support: Contribute to various projects by providing up to date data and analysis
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, to support business operations and foster teamwork
Training Outcome:
The expected progression is into a Yield or Planning role, the exact title will be determined towards the end of the apprenticeship.

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
