Provide 1st line support via the helpdesk
Support customer's queries and issues
Respond to IT tickets accordingly and efficiently
Support with hardware and software issues
Training:
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. You'll be working towards a Level 3 Information communications technician apprenticeship standard, including Functional Skills if required.
Training Outcome:
Opportunity for progression upon completion of the apprenticeship for the right candidate.
