Apprentice Digital Design Technician (Ports & Harbours/Maritime)

Day to day tasks would include :-

Using CAD software to prepare engineering drawings in 2D and prepare Revit models / drawings in 3D. Communicating these drawings with colleagues, customers and clients. Attending site visits as and when required. Attending site meetings, as and when required Building knowledge and understanding of the product. Learning how to use the software and applying this to project related tasks. 

Training:
The course is delivered remotely via Teams, face to face and some of the examinations would take place at our training centre in Barnsley. The vast majority of the course is delivered in the workplace or remotely.

Training Outcome:

Once you have completed your apprenticeship, you will have the chance to work as a qualified digital engineering technician, which in turn can lead on to chartered technician EngTech with the Institute of Civil Engineers and other senior level roles within the organisation.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, flexi hours from 7.30am - 9.30am start, minimum of 7.5 hours per day.
