Business Administration Apprentice
Typical duties will include,
Working in partnership with colleagues and clients to ensure that all efficincies and returns are maximised Work with colleagues and clients to ensure we have a clear understanding of any future requirements along with our ability to fulfill these neeeds Answer incoming telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner Respond to client emails in a polite and timely manner Provide administrative support to account holders in an efficient manner Update records and filing Ensure all documents are fully completed and meet the business' compliance standardsTraining:
Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm
Training Outcome:
Upon successful completion of the level 3 business administration apprenticeship there may be the oppotunity to progress to a more senior role witin the company where available.
