Early Years Practitioner apprentice

Undertake structured and agreed learning activities/teaching programmes appropriate to the pupil’s needs Supervise and support pupils consistently at all times; recognising and responding to their individual needs whilst ensuring their safety and education in the learning environment Ensure the physical needs of children are being met and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene (e.g. Washing, dressing and toileting) Promote and reinforce the inclusion, acceptance and integration of all pupils Prepare the classroom as directed Promote positive values, attitudes and good pupil behaviour and encourage pupils to take responsibility for their own actions

Training:
Blended delivery model with observations in school and face to face and teams meeting 6 hours every week 'off the job' hours for shadowing and studying Assessor will visit the school every 4-6 weeks All assignments to be set via CRM system, Aptem

Training Outcome:
Potential for a permenant position in school upon successful completion of apprenticeship Possibility oif further study
