Claims Handler Apprentice
As part of your role, you will:
Take calls from clients, providing advice and guidance on the claims process Collect claim information from the client and record it on the Claim Management System Request supporting evidence, where necessary Review the information provided to ensure it complies with the conditions of the client's insurance policy Liaise with colleagues from other areas of the organisation to ensure that claims are dealt with quickly and efficiently Monitor the progress of the claim and update clients Handle complaints Provide exceptional customer service Manage the administration associated with the claim, ensuring that the Claim Management System is kept up to date Adhere to the legal requirements, industry regulations and company policiesTraining:
Your apprenticeship will be delivered at your place of work. You will need to spend approximately six hours per week completing your training which will include attending masterclasses, completing assignments, participating in group discussions and shadowing colleagues.
Training Outcome:
After the apprenticeship, you will be able to move to other roles within the organisation, including Senior Claims Handler and Team Leader.

Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm
