Training:
You will work towards the completion of a Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Standard Level 3 Training will be delivered face to face, online and through webinars The school will provide in house training

Training Outcome:
You could be employed as a Teaching Assistant and progress to become a Learning Mentor or Higher Level Teaching Assistant There may be an opportunity to continue on to a qualified contract as we are a growing school

Employer Description:
Highfields Spencer Academy is a growing school on a new housing estate. The school is typically a one form entry, however, there are 2 classes in the soon to be year 1 cohort. The school is under new leadership and is continuing on its journey to ensure every child achieves their potential. The school RAINBOW values underpin the school ethos.

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 4.30pm and Friday, 8.30am - 4.00pm.
