V03084 - Advanced Apprentice Electrician

As a Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) apprentice you will have access to all areas of the site from boat build to design offices, interacting with all levels of the business from the shop floor to directors and external regulators. 

As a SHE apprentice you will be:

Supporting our workforce in order to influence and improve working practices and working conditions across the site, gaining a good understanding of the product and build processes working in the operational build areas Working with subject matter experts and experienced professionals to understand the legal requirements we have as a business, and how to apply this in reality to ensure our workforce are protected and we are legally compliant as a business You will have a direct impact on the safety and health of our people and the effect we have on the environment around us, you will be supporting improvement projects, educational communications campaigns and working to influence behavioural change

At completion of the apprenticeship you will obtain a Safety, Health & Environment Level 3 qualification.

Training:

Maritime Electrical Fitter Level 3.  

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Training Outcome:
