Early Years apprentice
We are excited to recruit two apprentices for our wonderful
nursery and preschool setting here in Burley in Wharfedale.
We provide early years care and education for children aged
2-4 years of age.
Our setting is open 50 weeks a year between
the hours of 7:30 and 6:00pm. Staff work varied shift patterns
to support our children’s needs.
We are a child -led setting that follows children's interests,
places a high priority on wellbeing and aims to provide
magical moments all day long.
We are looking for passionate individuals who wish to make a
difference to a child’s day.
We are keen to meet people who are hardworking, punctual, flexible and willing to jump into play routines with our children.
There is a requirement to support physical care routines such as nappy changes and toileting, sleeping and eating.
Practitioners will be supported to develop enabling environments in both our indoor and outdoor areas, and as a setting, we will help the right person to build confidence, prepare invitations to play and become an outstanding practitioner.

Training:
Blended delivery model of observation, meetings and assigned work which will predominently take place in school
Assessor will visit school everty 4-6 weeks
You will upload all work into the CRM system, Aptem
Training Outcome:
This is a long-term role and the possibility of being offered
permanent employment after the apprenticeship has
completed is a real possibility.

Working Hours :
5 full days, Monday - Friday. Times to be confirmed.
