To work effectively as part of a team To be involved in the planning of activities for the children Communicating with parents and ensuring that the children’s records are accurate and up to date Interacting with the children and encourage the children to participate in the activities Creating a warm, friendly and stimulating atmosphere for the children to flourish Supporting with personal care and changing nappies Preparing snacks & baking Helping to keep the setting clean & tidy

Training:

You will get a full Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, English and maths Functional Skills - if you do not already hold a GCSE grade C/4 or above, as these can be completed alongside your apprenticeship.

Training Outcome:

At the end of the course there is the possibility of full-time employment for the right candidate.

Employer Description:
The setting is located in Avon Heath Country Park and opened in 2012. The setting boasts a large outdoor area and use of Avon Heath Country Park accommodating children aged 2-5 years old. The setting benefits from 300 acres of stunning heathland, in addition to features two beautiful classrooms and a one acre private garden with woodland, veggie garden, supersized sandpit, fire pit, pond, mud café, outdoor classroom and 4 resident chickens.

Working Hours :
Working hours will be full-time with shifts between 8.00am and 5.00pm. Shift patterns to be discussed
