Student Surveyor Apprenticeship

The commercial, Quantity Surveying teams within Wates are largely responsible for the contractual and financial management of a project. A combination of law, business and finance skills are used to manage relationships with key stakeholders including clients, designers, subcontractors and suppliers. Our commercial teams play a vital role in the construction of our projects. As you will be travelling to different sites, a driving licence is required.

Training:
HNC Construction Quantity Surveying Technician through Leeds College of Building on a block release basis. If you already hold a construction related degree, you will progress onto your chartership.

Training Outcome:
You would be looking to move into a management role on a successful completion of this program.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm. Hours vary depending on site and age restriction.
