Technical Support Apprentice
To be the first point of contact for clients wishing to speak to a representative of British Millerain.
To answer questions in an appropriate and timely manner.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
Dealing with internal and external inquiries by phone, in person and by emails Information management using our management system Use of Microsoft word, excel and online portals Maintain high standards and promote a positive image and reputation of the company with customers and colleagues Effective communication to colleagues and other customers as required Deal with company policies, practices and procedures Complete all relevant admin tasks associated with the Office Assisting with new product development Dealing with quality control and compliance Providing technical support to other departments Any other duties deemed either appropriate to the role or a reasonable business request initiated by line management Full training to be givenTraining:
Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard Apprenticeship Training will take on-site at the the workplace with a tutor from Rochdale Training
Training Outcome:
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates to progress. Previous Apprentices have now moved into more senior roles, as this company believes in growing their business by promoting internally.

Working Hours :
38 hours a week – Mon to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
