Answering phone calls and emails for courier and freight clients Providing clients with updates on their shipments Assisting with quoting clients for their upcoming bookings Offering clients the most cost-effective solutions for their shipping requirements Making bookings with integrators and freight suppliers Supporting our customer service and operations team Operating air, road and sea freight bookings Learning the process of importing and exporting start to finish via road air and sea freight Learning the process from start to finish for importing and exporting via courier services

Training Outcome:

Further progression may well be available in other areas within our sector, upon successful completion of International Freight Forwarding Specialist Level 3.
