INFORMATION COMMUNICATIONS TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE
Duties to include:
Provide end-user support to staff, students and visitors as required Undertake general maintenance and cleaning of all IT-related hardware Install new hardware and software as directed by the Senior Manager for Systems and Structures Maintain and update content on the Academy website, Social Media and Digital signage Provide support and administration for the Academy’s web-based Learning and Teaching solutionsTraining:
Training will be at North Lindsey College where you will access a wide range of facilities on offer. Day release You will undertake the Level 3 Information Communication Technician standard: https://www.instituteforapprenticeships.org/apprenticeship-standards/information-communications-technician-v1-0 You will undertake both on and off-the-job training by a team of industry-qualified professionals to give you the best skills, knowledge and experience that will help you become an ICT technician of the future!
Training Outcome:
Successful completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a higher-level apprenticeship or full-time employment for the right candidate.

The St Lawrence is an oversubscribed academy for 11-16-year-old students of all abilities. Our PAN now stands at 165. We currently have a roll of 790, which is due to be 810 in September 2023.
