Apprentice Operations Administrator

Main duties and responsibilities

Specific duties may include, but are not limited to assisting in the following areas:

 

·Reviewing Engineer logistics and amending as necessary Van fleet management – vehicle insurance, vehicle audits, maintenance of TFL portal, vehicle tracking system Department holiday request and timesheet processing. Escalating problems/working with other departments as needed Utilising Autotask ticketing system to support business needs Emergency warehouse cover. Health and safety duties

Training:

Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date.



Training Outcome:

Permanent employment as Operations Administrator.
