IT Support Apprentice (Symetri – Part of Addnode Group)
Be the first point of contact for customers, providing first-line support and assistance
Log, track and prioritise support cases on our Service Desk System, ensuring processes are followed
Assist users with basic IT tasks, such as password resets, software installations and accounts setup
Communicating effectively with users and stakeholders to provide status updates, gathering requirements and addressing concerns
Training Outcome:
This role offers the potential for a permanent position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, contingent on performance.
