Apprentice Bistro Team Member
Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide menu recommendations. Ensure customers feel welcome and satisfied throughout their visit.
Food Service: Serve food and beverages quickly and accurately. Handle food and drinks with care, following all health and safety standards.
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas, counters, and restrooms. Assist with cleaning duties before, during, and after service hours.
Teamwork: Work closely with your fellow team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Help with various tasks as needed to keep things running efficiently.
Cash Handling: Process payments accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods with care.
Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns or special requests promptly and with a positive attitude. Assist in resolving any issues that may arise during service.
Training:
The Apprentice will work towards achieving Customer service practitioner Level 2.
The Apprentice will train in the workplace and will receive one-to-one training and tutor visits every 4-6 weeks.
Training Outcome:
Possibility of full time employment on successful completion of apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
30 hours per week (various days to be confirmed) 9am – 5pm.
