Key Responsibilities:

Manage client insurance arrangements comprehensively Handle pre-renewal, renewal processing, claims, and adjustments Ensure strict compliance with FCA and Consumer Duty regulations Collaborate effectively to enhance team performance

Ideal Candidate:

Proven commercial insurance experience Strong understanding of commercial insurance products Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with ability to work independently Acturis and Microsoft Office proficient Cert CII qualified or progressing towards qualification
