Commercial Recruitment Consultant

Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Commercial Consultant to join our amazing team based in Walsall.

Duties will include:

Make calls to connect with contacts and generate new business leadsInterview candidates to continuously enhance the database of available workersIdentify matches between jobs and potential candidatesScreen and shortlist candidatesNegotiate terms / agency fee’sPrepare candidates for their interviewsHeadhunt by approaching candidates for executive roles and specialist positionsAssist with inbound and outbound callsKeeping on top of applications on a variety of jobs boardsAttend client visits and service visitsEnsure candidate records are kept in line with legislative requirementsAny other duties as and when required

The ideal candidate:

Previous experience within a Recruitment Consultant roleExceptional communication skillsStrong drive and able to focus on targetsBe able to prioritise and manage time efficiently

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Rate of Pay: £Negotiable dependent on experience + attractive bonus structure
