Assist Resourcing are looking for Production Operatives in Wigan to work with our client, who are the UK’s leading GRP Roofing Systems Supplier. They develop, manufacture, and supply high-quality GRP products and GRP flat roof systems to the trade.

You will be based in a loud, dusty environment. You will need to do a hearing and breathing assessment every 6 months due to the environment.

Roles & Responsibilities: 
Trimming materials to sizeWorking on machineryStanding on the end of a production line taking off finished roofing products which can be hot/Sharp itemsChecking for defectsProduct PalletisingHygiene duties when line are offOther general dutiesThis role may require other duties, so it would be beneficial if you were flexible and willing to learn new skills. There will be a lot of walking and movement required with this role. 
 
Working Hours:
Our client is offering Monday to Friday working on a fixed shift (08:00 - 16:00)
 
About you:
If you are a hard-working individual, who relishes a new challenge and has at least 6 months previous experience working in a Production environment, we would love to hear from you.

You will be a UK resident (we are unable to assist people with VISAs) and will be able to travel to and from the site at Wigan for your shift.
