Process Engineer

Process Engineer - The Company: Our client is a global leader in advanced engineered solutions, specialising in high-performance materials and manufacturing processes for the aerospace and industrial sectors. They are looking for 2x Process Engineer to join their successful team.   Process Engineer - Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain process engineering activities to meet quality and cost objectives. - Support the production of high-quality castings and achieve process qualifications. - Lead metallurgical processes for various product types, ensuring compliance with customer requirements. - Produce qualification reports and resolve engineering issues. - Drive process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and reduce costs.   Process Engineer - Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years’ experience in process engineering. - Degree/HNC or equivalent in engineering. - Proficient in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ABS, and statistical methods (SPC). - Strong communication, organisational, and technical presentation skills.   Process Engineer – Salary & Benefits: - £29,000 - £40,000pa - AXA private healthcare (single membership) - Pension Salary Sacrifice Scheme employee contribution 4% employer 5% (up to 10%) no cap for employee - Plant-Based Performance Bonus Scheme up to 5% (Discretionary) - 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (pro-rated). - 3-day Christmas Shutdown
