Salary €80,000 per year (negotiable)

Things you will be doing as a Procurement Manager:

Report to the Director of Procurement North & Central Europe Look after all the aspects of the Purchasing and Supply Management functions for all operational products and services Forecast level of demand for services and products Conduct research to source the best products and suppliers Evaluate bids and make recommendations Negotiate and agree contracts Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers Undertake value-for-money reviews Analyse data and produce reports and statistics Keep up to date with trends and innovations, regulations and new technology

You will be a great fit if you have:

Procurement or Supply chain managerial experience in the Hospitality sector Fluent in English, German or Dutch is required, BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certification is desirable Excellent written, verbal and communicational skills Strong negotiation skills Commercial and financial awareness Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills Planning skills to identify what the business needs Strong analytical ability
