AWS DevOps Engineer - Birmingham City Centre, Work from Home availableBENEFITS: Salary £40,000- £55,000 dependent on experience, paid overtime, bonuses available, flexible working hours, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, individual learning budget, Technical Certification Incentives, pension, private medical insurance, part-time work from home availableWe are looking for an experienced AWS DevOps engineer to work on new and existing projects within a growing award-winning Development Company that works with large enterprise-level clients, delivering technical solutions based in Birmingham City Centre.

The role does offer remote working options, however, the right candidate would be required to go to the office at least once a week.

They are looking for a DevOps engineer who is experienced with AWS and AWS Services, and have knowledge about some or all of the following: Serverless, Cloudformation, Terraform, Jenkins and/or Docker.

They are looking for someone who has a strong focus on delivering scalable and secure solutions.The company itself develop solutions for large corporate businesses including a lot of FTS 500 companies.

They offer working hours between 9-5, however, due to the nature of the solutions they provide there are endless amounts of overtime available which is offered at time and a half.The company also offer a unique bonus structure allowing staff to earn a bonus on all the development work they complete during working hours (either normal or overtime), They are looking to pay a basic of up to £50,000 dependent on experience but developers will earn much more in excess of this with the bonuses and if they choose to do overtime.Key Skills Required

Experience setting up and maintaining AWS infrastructure
Previous experience with AWS Services such (Lamdba, EC2, Route53, RDS)
Experience with Cloudformation
Any experience with Docker or Kubernetes and containerisation
Any exposure to microservices or serverless architecture
Experience with setting up CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of Git
Excellent attention to detail

Nice to have Skills

Experience with Infrastructure as code with Terraform
Any experience with programming languages, ideally NodeJS
