Occupational Therapist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Band 6Occupational Therapist to join a reputable healthcare provider. This role can be full-time or part-time offering excellent benefits and salary range of £37,330 - £44,960 for 37.5 hours work week. The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience in neurology, specialist rehabilitation, or complex care settings. As anBand 6 Occupational Therapist, you will assess, plan, and implement interventions for patients with acquired neurological conditions across areas such as neurorehabilitation, neurobehavioral management, and complex care. You will be responsible for: ? Create and implement personalised care plans and evidence-based therapy interventions. ? Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required. ? Educate and assist patients and families with adaptive techniques to promote independence. ? Manage a caseload independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including community professionals and equipment providers. ? Maintain accurate documentation in line with HCPC and RCOT standards. ? Report to the Clinical Lead for Physiotherapy and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centred care. What we're looking for: ? Previously worked as an Occupational Therapist or in a similar role. ? At least 2 years' experience in neurology, specialist rehabilitation, or complex care settings. ? Understanding of relevant legislation and standards of professional practice. ? Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy (or equivalent) with RCOT and HCPC registration. ?
