Mechanical Engineer – FM Service Provider  - Hammersmith, London - Temporary - Immediate start - £24 per hour  

CBW is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover in a Healthcare Environment located in Hammersmith, London. The successful candidate will be mechanical qualified and will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Experience working with hot water systems/ heating systemsFire alarm testing and sprinkler testingAHUs/FCUs – filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleansPumps – PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)Motors – PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)Water treatment – dipslides, pH & temperature testing,Water pressurization unitsCalorifiers – annual inspection, de-scalingCooling towersBoilers – re-setsChillers – re-sets, 1st Line faultsPlumbing - Unblocking toilets etc Hours of Work
08:30am - 17:00pm Monday - Friday Temp to perm £45,000 per annum £24 per hour Requirements
