Responsibilities:

Providing dietetic assessment, advice and care planning to community patients, Working alongside other health professionals to provide a MDT approach to the care of vulnerable elderly patients with nutritional needs. Work with HEF patients to ensure their care is safe and effective

Qualifications and Requirements:

Hold a registration with HCPC Fully enhanced valid DBS Dietry expereicne required.

£27ph LTD | £24.29 PAYE Inclusive | £21.68 Exclusive

We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
