Exciting opportunity to work at a commercial campus situated by in Barbican . CBW are currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer to cover a commercial campus. The successful candidate will be qualified (C&G or NVQ) in Painting & Decorating or Carpentry with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is an ongoing permanent role and pays a yearly salary of £52,000 (including shift allowance) + excellent benefits based on qualifications and experience, inclusive of shift allowance.

He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following;


Key duties & Responsibilities

Carrying out general fabric repairs across the campusPainting, decorating, and touch-up workMinor carpentry – fixing doors, locks, and furnitureHanging shelves, whiteboards, pictures, blinds, etc.Basic lighting checks and minor replacementsPorterage – furniture moves and room setupsSupporting PPMs, tap temperature checks, flushing, and fire alarm testingMaintaining and updating compliance logbooksEscorting and overseeing sub-contractors during works
Hours of work

4 on 4 off nights19:00pm - 07:00am

Requirements
