1x Electrician’s Mate required for a job in Central London
Rate: £21 per hour Start Date: Monday 29th September Contract Longevity: 4–6 weeks (potential to move onto other projects until Christmas) Hours: 07:30 – 16:30 (8 hours paid, 9 on site including breaks) Weekends/Overtime: Some out-of-hours weekend work may be required. Overtime paid at x1.25 on Saturdays and x1.5 on Sundays.
Duties include:
Assisting electricians and supervisors with installation tasks on site
Supporting electrical 1st fix and 2nd fix works
Helping with the movement, organisation, and preparation of materials and tools
Following instructions from supervisors to ensure deadlines are met efficiently
Maintaining tidy working areas and adhering to all site health & safety requirements
Requirements:
Valid ECS Card
General hand tools
Previous experience assisting electricians on construction projects preferred
