Director of Housekeeping

Director of Housekeeping – Luxury 5* Resort Property, KSA

We are partnering with this luxury hospitality group to find them a Director of Housekeeping for one of their gorgeous resort properties!

As Director of Housekeeping, you will lead and oversee all housekeeping operations across the property, including guest rooms, villas, residences, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house spaces. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service excellence are consistently delivered. You will work closely with other departmental leaders to create seamless guest experiences, while inspiring and developing a large, multicultural housekeeping team to achieve operational brilliance and innovation.

What we are looking for in our ideal individual for this role:

8+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality housekeeping operations.Proven track record in managing large teams in ultra-luxury hotels, resorts, or serviced residences.Expertise in cleaning systems, operational efficiency, and sustainability practices.GCC experience is preferredHands-on individuals who is happy to train and mentor the staff in the highest standards of serviceRemote or Island experience is beneficialBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
