Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - Glasgow - Up to £40,000 DOE

CBW has a new opportunity for a qualified air conditioning engineer to join a leading FM company on a permanent basis on a static site in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have previous commercial maintenance experience. Below are all of the details on this position. 

Responsibilities:

PPM & Reactive maintenanceAir conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenanceYour main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRV's, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.Extensive building services knowledgeRequirements:

NVQ Level 2 & 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum)Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spacesGood verbal and written communication is important, including the ability to use a mobile device.Self motivated and solutions focussed with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.Full Drivers LicenseBenefits:
