The right candidate must be able to provide the highest quality care and provide stimulating play experiences which meet each individual child’s needs whilst utilising the natural garden and the open spaces the setting has!

Key Responsibilities

Be a positive Key WorkerHave a great knowledge of EYFSMake accurate and effective assessments of the children during the stages of developmentDeliver outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional careProvide a high standard of physical, emotional and social careThe preparation and completion of activities to suit each individual child's stage of developmentPlan and provide effective teaching and learningSafeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of childrenBuild a warm and caring relationship with the children and parents alike
