Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality HR services across a wide range of HR activities, with a focus on recruitment.
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Providing HR advice and support to senior leaders and employees, enabling them to maximise their contributions to business success.
- Ensuring compliance with HR legislation and HR best practices to meet company and legal standards.
- Analysing HR data to help inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

What We’re Looking For:
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience, including a strong background in recruitment.
- Proven expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong working knowledge of HR legislation and best practices in human resources management.
