The Client:
I am working with a distinguished restaurant group, renowned for its upscale french cuisine and inviting atmosphere. We are currently seeking a Chef de Cuisine to join their team. This role presents a remarkable opportunity to lead the kitchen in a renowned dining establishment.
Responsibilities:
Manage the culinary operations, ensuring guests are provided with an outstanding experienceEnsure the food is prepared, plated, and served efficiently and to the highest standardsRecruit a high performing team. Train staff in proper cooking techniques and adherence to recipes and quality standardsEstablish appropriate staffing levels and conduct daily shift briefings with culinary team membersManage inventory, labour and food costsChef de Cuisine Requirements:
