Customer Service Attendant – Heathrow Airport – 4 on 4 off shifts – Days and Nights – 42 Hours per Week - £13.15 Per Hour

What you’ll do:
 To carry out relevant basic maintenance of payment machines, entry and exit barriers and other company equipmentTo ensure that patrols are carried out at all times in accordance with the sites KPI’sTo complete report sheets or any other log sheets, in full and as instructedTo report to your line manager any element of car park service that might compromise the level of service we wish to achieve as well as any irregularities.To maintain a standard of deportment and behavior that will always represent the company in the best possible mannerTo work on the reception desk dealing with customer payments, pre-bookings and using credit card machines and cash handling.To ensure a consistently high level of customer careTo assist with the cleaning of the car park including litter picking and cleaning of all public areas.To carryout Enforcement within the Car ParksTo comply with Transport Regulations, Company Procedures, Health & Safety Law and HAL Regulations.
