My client is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team at this unique and luxury hotel. Located in the rural countryside setting in Somerset, this converted estate offers a unique experience for guests along with a hotel, restaurant and spa facilities. About the position

Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and bar experienceDrive staff training to the highest level You will have full awareness of the hotel day to day activities Responsible for recruitment, training & developmentCreate a unique environment and experience for the guests

The successful candidate

Minimum of 2 years working in luxury hotel or restaurantsStrong knowledge and a passion for luxury food and drinkStrong commercial acumen Fine dining experienceSelf-motivated with attention to detailExperience and knowledge with seasonal produce
