Communications Manager


Working between marketing and HR Team you will be joining this innovative and successful company as the brand ambassador and storyteller where you will be promoting a positive brand image internally and externally.

You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the company communication strategy to enhance brand awareness, and support high levels of employment advocacy and engagement across the business.

You will need qualities and skills such as accuracy, with copy and proofreading, and you will have a compelling and engaging personality with great PowerPoint presentation ability.

This role is a full time permanent position and is offered on a hybrid working model or full time office.
Main responsibilities for the Communications Manager

Within this role you will promote the company mission and values internally, helping to retain the culture and employee experience as a competitive advantage as the company continues to grow
Ensure the latest company news, press releases, events and print media are shared internally and externally as needed
Write and publish relevant, timely and engaging content everyone can follow, across various channels in an authentic voice
Source and identify content opportunities and topics that align with strategy and core messages, and/or are of general interest
End-to-end development of customer case studies, testimonials, best practice sharing and award submissions
Work closely with internal marketing teams and external agencies to collate a unified company content calendar encompassing PR, editorial, product launches, TV advertising, events and social media
Develop and deliver internal communications making use of all available channels and suitable enabling technologies, with sensitivity to the differing needs of remote and office based workers
Proactively identify communications challenges and opportunities as they arise, and design creative interventions in response

Required skills, Experience, Knowledge, Competencies for the Communications Manager

Degree educated ideally within marketing, PR, Journalism communications English, media or another relevant field, or be qualified by experience
Previous experience in an internal corporate communications, marketing/brand communications, public relations or similar role
Compelling, engaging writing skills and copy for a variety of audiences
Excellent linguistic skills, copy accuracy and proofreading
Strong presentation skills, specifically PowerPoint
Confidential, collaborative and sensitivity

The starting salary offered is to be discussed on application, and will depend on your experience.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
