IT Manager
Location: Hybrid – 3 day office 2 days home
A growing hotel and restaurant group, with properties in Antwerp and Liège and expansions planned for Brussels and Antwerp by 2026, is seeking an IT Manager to oversee IT operations. This role offers the unique opportunity to build and scale IT infrastructure across multiple locations in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Support & Infrastructure Management: Provide user support for around 40 staff members, managing devices, accounts, and hospitality-specific software, including Microsoft Office applications and Power BI.Vendor Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for external IT vendors, ensuring effective management of specialized systems and integration for seamless hotel and restaurant operations.Strategic Growth Support: Plan and implement scalable IT solutions to support expansion into new properties, ensuring readiness for future locations.Ideal Candidate:
Must-Haves:
At least 2 years of IT experience, with a flexible, proactive approach.Project management skills with a track record of handling multiple IT projects.Desired Skills:
Experience in hospitality IT or similar fields (e.g., hotels, residential buildings).Knowledge of network management and relevant hospitality software.Package:
